Thank you for taking the time to browse my site.  If you have gotten to this page I hope this means you feel we are the right fit and are ready to set an appointment.

First and foremost safety and discretion are of the utmost importance.  If this is your first time contacting me, before I am able to set an appointment, I will need to do a safety screening to make sure you are who you say you are.  This is absolutely mandatory and non-negotiable step.  You do have a few options as to how you would like to be screened.  Below is an explanation of your three options:

Option 1: If you are a member of Date-Check, Preferred 411 or another reputable screening/review site.  I am a member of both Date-Check & P411 so the process will be infinitely fast through one of those sites.

Option 2: You may submit at least two provider references of providers you’ve recently seen in the past 12months.  Please note: The provider you submit must not be retired and have current reviews out there.  In your e-mail or call please provide the name of the provider, her website and contact information.

Option 3: In select circumstances your company or office may serve as a reference; you must supply your real full name, company name and a contact number that is not your direct line. Please be advised: All screening is discreet and professional. Your privacy is important to me and will be respected.  If you have special instructions as how to ask for you, please make that known. Otherwise, you will be contacted in a professional manner through the office receptionist.  Alternately, you may also send me a simple “hello” email from your work email address that includes your name and company, i.e.  jsmith@microsoftcisco. com.  I will not respond to this email but will contact you back through your alternate email or by phone.

If for some reason you do not feel comfortable filling out my secure form, feel free to contact me directly through my personal email:  faith@msfaithmoore.com or calling me from an unblocked number *82-310-601-0558.  Please have one of the above option available when you make contact.  Again, this is a non-negotiable step to our connecting.

Cleanliness:
You are always welcome to shower before or/and after our session together. Cleanliness is of utmost importance to me. I will always be fresh for you, and I expect the same of you.

Cancellations and Time Considerations:
Please be considerate of my time. If you are going to be late, or cannot make a scheduled appointment, please notify me as far in advance as possible.  In a no call no show situation your information will be noted and you will not be able to schedule with me again. 

Limitations:
Greece is not a country I visit...please don't ask.
